Nissan charged their agency to reward Nissan owners for their loyalty and encourage servicing their vehicles at a Nissan dealership. A program was designed where Nissan owners were sent a direct mail piece which contained a unique PIN code that directed them online. Once online, contestants could enter either their unique PIN number or their Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) and their information was auto-populated into the registration fields for the contest. Clients were then asked to update their information, ensuring a relevant and up-to-date database for Nissan. Once registered, contestants played an instant win game for a chance to win great prizes. After registration, they were also entered into a sweepstakes for additional prizes which included free vehicle servicing at a Nissan dealership.
